Cottesloe & 60D test run (I'm a happy camper :-) )

"Stumpy", the one-legged gull...

Sunset over the ocean; a West-Coast thing.

Our babies enjoying the prospect of swimming again (in the sea) in the very near future.

Playing the Mining game....as you do in W.A. haha!

Bledisloe disappointment

So, the Wallabies and the AB's played their second of three test matches today, but were trounced by the men-in-black. The guys in green-and-gold were just not in the game, but the AB's were on a mission.

Greg and I were hoping for a Wallaby come-back, but it never happened. Now, the Springboks should be a very interesting match. They play the Aussies here in Perth in two weeks time...

Watching the Haka before the game.

All cozy and ready for the match. We just filled-up with Pizza and coffee in Freo the hours before...

..theory in the make-shift training room in the lab office..

The theory section took place in glorious sunshine.

Mark volunteered to go first (and I forgot to put the camera back on auto-focus, sorry mate).
Mark was the photographer for this session.

Terry has the technique down-pat :-)

The cheerleaders (they were not very enthusiastic, haha).

Happy to have found that wandering extinguisher.

Sunrise at Bay View Park

What a view! Bay View Park is in the suburb of Peppermint Grove, the most expensive in all of Perth. Can you see why? While taking this photo the Kookaburra's laughed and the Magpies sang. Great way to start the day! ...and the Mozzies were back too, so a sure sign that spring is around the corner....
