Kerssangdiens - Deo Gloria Rockingham

Perth Wildcats vs. NZ Breakers - Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!!

We all went to our first live basketball game last night, and it was also our first chance to visit the newly opened Perth Arena. Great venue and was 90% full for the game. The seats are a bit tightly packed (money talks...) and it can hold 15,000.

Personally it was too "American" for me. Lot's of noise, lot's of chanting and time-out after time-out. Give me footy, rugby of netball any day! Still, the kids loved it, so it was a good evening.

The traffic in was a killer, as the AC/DC concert was on at the same time. Ouch! Took an hour to get to the stadium.

Awesome thunderstorm over Rivergums!

What can one say, but be humbled by God and nature...just beautiful.

Lily's big haircut for summer

Lily has been suffering in the "heat" already, and we've hardly topped 30! We decided to give her a good trim and will then keep the classic Schnauzer cut maintained (longer leg and belly hair than here) going forward. She is suddenly full of energy!

Getting ready for bed last night, she was up and between us like a shot!

Obviously a little colder than normal, curled up snugly between us. Cute, hey?!

One of my favorite photo's of Lily; love the picture.

Just after 6am this morning we were having coffee, and the next things the little chancer was on the table!
Vat vet kanse.

Geno this morning...I took one of Karla too, but was promised a slow, painful death if I posted it :-)
