Easter Monday

So, Easter long-weekend is still a relaxing time, and as is (our) family tradition, the Easter bunny was here early this morning. We don't do "the eggs" on Sunday for obvious reasons.

This morning Eugene was actually awake before "the bunny", so Karin and I had to do some tactical deception to allow the bunny to deliver the eggs, haha! Karla, ever the chocolate addict, was up early too which is a minor miracle, considering that any other day this would only be achieved with threats of her being doused with cold water etc. You know, ...the usual teenager procedure.

Their haul of eggs before we also placed some at the door of our neighbours (who gave young kids too). Good sharing guys!
Young Lily could only look on, as she is not allowed chocolates.

So, it was 6:30 am and we conceded that on this morning he was allowed to sample his Cherry Ripe egg.
We popped out to Makka's for brekkie shortly thereafter.

Wagin 2016

Today was the 44th annual Wagin Woolorama, and we shot up there for the day to meet customers and see how the show was going.

We stopped for coffee as usual in North Bannister. Coffee was as excellent as always (not so much).
