One month on...and we happened to be there when the final survey happened (small thing; but exciting...)

Cottesloe outing on a windy, stormy day...but the surfers were still there :-). First rain in Perth, in April, in 33 years!!

Just after brekkie we saw this small group protesting the sharp cull.

A homeless man in Freo, busking for money. He sang beautifully, unlike most buskers. Good on him.

It was the annual "Street Arts Festival" in Freo, with some amazing entertainers, including these huge "Dino-Emu's".

Another (Sydney based) street busker doing his thing. Excellent show and he would have earned hundreds of dollars from all the spectators.

Lazy Easter day...

Attended a beautiful Easter church service this morning, had a relaxed braai and just chilled out. Great start to the holidays.

Some quick snaps from the weekend just passed. I was sick, so the beach was NOT good. Hot flushes and just made me feel even worse. Karla was there for Netball fitness training.
