Busselton Day-Trip

We have not done any trips for a while, and have been busy with the house, dog and so on. We finally had a small opening to head out, so we did. Spent the day (6am to 6pm) in Busselton, Dunsborough and up at Cape Naturaliste. Good day out.

Stretching our legs after leaving home at 6 a.m.

Karla also getting into the "touristy" thing :-)

Coffee stop at Pelican Point, in the little town of Eaton.

Yes, yes, the usual. Bacon and Eggs in Busselton.

Ons hart se punt! Lief vir jou engel X

The play park at Busselton Jetty.

Karla letting out her younger-self, chasing the birds off the newly built bather/boaters pier.

The cliché shot...

I was impressed how high she'd go! Parachuting next?!

The Lighthouse at Cape Naturaliste.

The walkway down to the whale watching platform. No Wales in sight, but . . .

. . . plenty of seals, and . .

. . . dolphins too.

We spotted some huge bullet-ants. You can just tell you don't mess with these.
For scale, the ant is almost as long as my thumb. Not like the ones in RSA!

Karla exploring at Bunkers Bay.
